KEVIN vs. KEVIN
It’s the battle of the forwards. Who is better? Kevin Love or Kevin Durant?
Kevin Durant of the Oklahoma City Thunder and Kevin Love of the Minnesota Timberwolves exchange heroics for their respective teams.
With the game tied at 113 all, OKC star forward Kevin Durant fired a three leaving 3.9 seconds in regulation of the fourth quarter for 116-113 lead.
In retaliation, Kevin Love released a three also leaving the clock 0.01 second and sent the game to overtime.
Durant finished the game with 40 points alongside teammate Russel Westbrook’s 45 points. Love dropped a massive 51 points with 17 rebounds but was not enough to overcome the Thunder in double overtime.
The Durant Westbrook duo has been in shooting spree lately. Earlier this season, Durant scored also 51 and westbrook added 40.
Love defeated Durant in the 2012 NBA All Star Three Point Shoot-Out. Durant however has been the scoring champion twice in a row already.

Ricky Rubio: The Next Pistol Pete?
Truly, Ricky Rubio, a Spanish basketball and NBA rookie sensation, has lived up to the expectations and the hype towards him. So far, he has not disappointed his team, the Minnesota Timberwolves, his homeland of Spain and all the fans who anticipated his entrance into the bigger stage of basketball, the NBA.
Some have labeled him as the next Pistol Pete. Others have compared him to Steve Nash. But for me, he is Ricky Rubio and not anyone else or like anyone else.
See how he plays ball. He can dribble the ball and drive to the basket. He can shoot or lay it in the hoop. He knows the craft of sweet no-look passes. He dishes and dimes as quick as a thief in the night. He keeps the ball behind his back and on to the rim. He tamed the ball for aerial lob passes as his teammates converts them into slams.
In short, Ricky Rubio can ball.
